These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you (the client, or parent/guardian if under 18) and Career Vibe Coaching regarding the provision of career development and coaching services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

When you book a session, here’s what to expect:

🔹You’ll get one-on-one online support tailored to your career goals.

🔹If you’re under 18, we’ll need parental/guardian consent before we begin.

🔹Please show up on time and participate honestly — we’re here to support you.

🔹You can cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged.

🔹We’ll confirm fees before you begin. Payment is usually due at booking or within 7 days.

🔹We’ll explain confidentiality clearly at the start of every session.

🔹We don’t guarantee outcomes (like job offers or uni entry), but we’ll always give our best.

🔹Any materials we give you are just for you — please don’t share them without permission.

1. Services Provided

Career Vibe Coaching offers individualised career development and coaching, including:

  • Career exploration and planning
  • Resume and job application support
  • Interview preparation
  • Course and study guidance
  • Transition support (school to work, career change, etc.)

Services are delivered one-on-one via Google Meet.

We do not offer psychological therapy, crisis counselling, or legal/financial advice.

2. Eligibility

Our services are open to clients aged 15 and over.

Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before sessions can begin.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled online via our website or email
  • Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice or more can be rescheduled at no cost
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee
  • No-shows (without prior notice) may be charged the full session fee

If you’re unable to attend due to illness, emergencies or other compassionate reasons, please get in touch — we aim to be fair and flexible.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are confirmed in writing prior to your first session
  • Payment is due at the time of booking or within 7 days of the invoice date
  • We accept electronic payment methods (details provided on invoice)
  • Unpaid invoices may result in suspended services until payment is made

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality is respected unless:

  • You give permission to share information
  • There is a legal obligation to report harm
  • There is a serious and immediate risk to your safety or someone else’s

Clients under 18 will receive a plain-English explanation of confidentiality before any session begins.

6. Working with Children and Young People

We are committed to child safety and follow the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and Queensland’s Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000.

7. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time
  • Engage respectfully and honestly
  • Participate to the best of your ability
  • Let us know if you feel unsafe, confused or uncomfortable at any time

We reserve the right to discontinue services if behaviour is unsafe, discriminatory, or consistently breaches these expectations.

8. Outcomes and Guarantees

Career Vibe Coaching cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. job offers, course acceptances), but we are committed to providing high-quality, client-centred support based on professional standards and up-to-date knowledge.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions or as follow-up resources (e.g. worksheets, guides) remain the intellectual property of Career Vibe Coaching.

You may use them for personal use only and must not copy, sell or distribute them without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
